- Acceptance of Orders:
- All orders are subject to acceptance by LM Printers. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided via email or in writing.
- LM Printers reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.
- Payment Terms:
- A 70% deposit is required for all orders before the commencement of work.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project, before delivery or collection.
- All payments are to be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Quotations:
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices quoted are subject to change if alterations to the order are made after acceptance.
- Turnaround Time:
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
- LM Printers will not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Proofing:
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before printing.
- LM Printers is not liable for errors in the final product once the proof has been approved by the client.
- Quality Assurance:
- LM Printers is committed to delivering high-quality products. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Defective products will be reprinted or refunded at the discretion of LM Printers.
- Delivery and Collection:
- Delivery charges will apply and will be included in the final invoice.
- Clients may choose to collect their orders from our Johannesburg office.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds will only be issued for orders cancelled within the stipulated timeframe or in the case of defective products.
- Intellectual Property:
- All designs and content provided by the client must be original or properly licensed.
- LM Printers retains the right to refuse to print any content that violates intellectual property laws.
- Liability:
- LM Printers is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its products or services.
- Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
